Using CanadaPath
These terms cover the CanadaPath website and mobile app, including their immigration information, personalization, alerts, and subscription features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Questions can be sent to ruy_fusion@hotmail.com.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The Apple terms applicable to your download and purchases also apply; these terms do not replace them.
Immigration information
CanadaPath is an independent information service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Canada, IRCC, or any provincial government. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, submit immigration applications, or determine eligibility.
Draws, program updates, processing times, and comparisons may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. A past draw score, personal score comparison, or alert does not predict a future invitation or guarantee admission, nomination, permanent residence, or any other outcome. Verify requirements, deadlines, and decisions with the linked official sources and seek qualified advice when needed.
Permitted use
You may use CanadaPath for lawful personal information purposes. Do not bypass access checks, impersonate another installation, interfere with service availability, abuse automated access, introduce harmful code, or access records that do not belong to you. You are responsible for securing your device and any installation credentials.
CanadaPath’s software, branding, and original presentation remain the property of their respective owners. Government publications and other third-party materials retain their own rights and usage conditions. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of that material.
Mobile subscriptions and billing
Optional paid mobile features are offered with the price, billing period, and any trial details shown before purchase. App Store purchases are billed through your Apple account and are governed by Apple’s purchase terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled under the store’s rules.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app, disabling notifications, or requesting deletion of CanadaPath records does not cancel Apple billing. Use the app’s restore-purchases option with the appropriate store account to restore eligible access. Subscription access depends on store verification and may end on expiry, refund, or revocation.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple’s refund service, subject to applicable consumer rights. The website currently has no purchase flow. Read Apple Media Services terms and the Apple standard app license agreement where applicable.
Alerts and availability
Notifications are a convenience and may arrive late, more than once, or not at all because of device permissions, network conditions, operating-system delivery, service interruptions, or subscription status. Do not rely on them as your only way to monitor a deadline or immigration opportunity.
Features and coverage may change, and services may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may restrict access that compromises security or violates these terms. Any paid-service changes remain subject to your purchase terms and applicable law.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CanadaPath is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that information is error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular immigration decision. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using the information.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protection rights. External websites and stores are responsible for their own services and content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice when required, including through the relevant service for material changes. Continued use after an applicable change takes effect is subject to the updated terms, without removing rights you already have under applicable law.
